If more parents in the United States knew the power of fruits and veggies, children would not be given a choice about whether or not they were going to eat them.

With cancer killing more children than any other disease, it is estimated that 40 million American children having abnormally high cholesterol levels. Since good nutrition and other important health habits are best established in childhood, parents need to be more aware!!!

Parental support and involvement is the key to successfully establishing good health habits. The more you know, the more that our children will benefit! So here is some information on fruits and vegetables to help make the best choices for our families:
