What Skin Care Is Right For You?
by Pam Patterson, L.E.

In the early 1900`s science fiction portrayed the use of laser beams for a variety of purposes. In our present day we see lasers being used for all kinds of treatments for the face and body – the technology has really exploded! There are laser treatments that rid of unwanted hair, broken capillaries and fade brown spots on the skin. There are lasers that resurface the skin, promote new collagen and firm and tighten the skin. There are even treatments being used to reduce cellulite.

Many of these treatments, however, are very costly. Treatments range in cost from the hundreds to many thousands of dollars. Some are done in a single session, yet most are done in a series of 5 or more. If you plan on using any of these services it is best to shop around, ask questions, and look for credentials.

Many people quickly assume laser technology is the best option to improve the appearance of their skin. I do find that some people are true candidates for laser. I also find that many people considering laser treatment have never even tried to correct their skin condition with professional facial treatments, skincare products, and good nutrition.

If laser technology has exploded in recent years, so has the technology of nutrition. What if you could look inside your body, view your DNA profile, and discover your personal nutritional needs? Saliva and urine testing is now available to give you your own personal nutritional profile.

You take the tests in the privacy of your home and mail them off to a lab. You are then sent a detailed report of your cellular status and a nutritional program for your specific needs. When I received my own test results I was simply amazed at what I learned.

If our internal body is off balance and damaged, it shows in our external body. A diet rich in whole foods and accurate supplementation will shine through for a more beautiful you! I look forward to a healthier future. After all, the future starts now!
