Reconnective Healing™ An Interview with Debora Wayne: Part II
By Mike Bundrant

The word is out and Healthy Times readers have responded with enthusiasm. Since publishing part one of this interview series in the September 2009 issue of Healthy Times, Reconnective Healing™ practitioner Debora Wayne’s phone has been ringing, with readers asking questions, giving positive feedback and scheduling treatment sessions. What’s all the excitement about? Read part two of the series and learn more about this amazing new method of healing.

HT: If I understand you correctly, according to the Reconnective Healing™ model we are all swimming around in this energy field and we are not separate from it. As a practitioner, you can sense disturbances and distortions in the energy field that surrounds a person. And so if you are working in that field, it’s no different than working directly with the person since the person isn’t separate from it.

D: Correct.  I would go so far as to say that we are it. We are the field.  The frequencies that come through me have intelligence and are capable of actually creating coherency in the field where there currently may be dis-ease.  By the interaction among myself, the client, and these divine, intelligent frequencies, the disruption is often corrected.

To give you a visual of what happens, I feel into the field, "listening" with my hands and with all of my senses. I move my hands above, below, and around the client's body. Sometimes I work close to the body, sometimes quite far away out in their field.  There is feedback from the body that I can see as changes occur.

HT:  What do you see?

D:  There are often various physical movements, audible sounds, changes in breathing and more.  Some people's limbs move and vibrate so dramatically that it looks like they may fly off the table, while others don't move an eyelash.  These "quieter" types are often the ones who open their eyes and say, "That was the most profound experience of my life." So, bodily movement is not a necessity for healing to occur.

Some are able to articulate numerous details after their session whereas others will report that nothing much happened, that they didn't feel or experience much at all.  Whether the client is able to consciously recall their experiences during the session or not does not seem to affect the healing one way or another.

I will say, however, that the activation of the healing frequencies that I bring often helps the client move easily and quickly into a deep state of relaxation, an altered state, that for many would take years of practicing meditation to achieve.

HT: Do you need to believe in it to get results?

D: I have many clients for whom this was their first experience with any alternative method of healing. These are often people who are most familiar with a left-brained, analytical style of diagnostic medicine. A lot of them are total skeptics. They usually come in due to some type of pain or chronic condition, having been from doctor to doctor with no success. Living on medication is ruining the quality of their lives and they truly want relief.  Often these people have unexpected, dramatic healing, and their sessions are life changing. They may start out as skeptics, but they often leave a changed person. When their pain and suffering ends after only a few sessions (and sometimes after only onesession), they look up, wide-eyed, smile, and say, "So, what is going on here?"

Then the walls begin melting and the doorways of the mind begin to open. Witnessing people's consciousness awaken to what is possible is perhaps one of the greatest rewards of this work.
