JUMP START YOUR METABOLISM
Eat More Often
Eat at least four small meals through out the day starting with breakfast. Your metabolism decreases when calories are restricted. “No more diets”.
Move Your Body
Exercise for at least 20 minutes most days of the week (cardio & weight training). Your metabolism is increased for hours after exercise.
Drink More Water
Drink at least 64oz. of water per day. Caffeine depletes the water in your body and may make you feel hungry. Place a bottle of water where you spend most of your time so at every glance you’ll take a drink to stay hydrated.
It takes about two weeks to make or break a habit. Give yourself time to adjust to positive lifestyle changes so you can see and feel the results. As you reach one goal then set another to continue positive change.
