A Healthy and Joyful Life is Only a Few Weeks Away!

That is a pretty powerful statement, and it is true.  In as little as 3 weeks you can be on your way to optimum health; feeling better than you have in your entire life. Even if you are only 21 and especially if you are over 50, you will look the best you ever have. You will also have energy and peace.  By simply adding raw (live) foods and eliminating processed (dead) foods from your diet for 21 days, you will see and feel the difference.

Raw foods contain live enzymes needed for digesting our foods, sending the nutrients to all of our cells and assisting in eliminating wastes created by the body.  As food enters the body, some gets used as energy, some gets used as nutrient stores and whatever is left over is eliminated. 

Heating foods over 112 degrees cooks the enzymes dead, requiring the body to use its store of enzymes to help digest these lifeless foods. When you consume live foods loaded with their enzymes, the foods help themselves digest and the body can continue to use its existing enzymes to “clean house”, fight disease and energize our cells.

Raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains meet ALL of our nutritional needs.  It cannot be simpler. Eat fresh foods the way nature provides them and experience your best physical and emotional self. 

My personal experience has proven that eating live foods along with an exercise routine gives true lasting energy, mental clarity, joy, restful sleep and stronger fingernails.  It also eliminates body odor, bad breath and dental problems, brings wonderful weight loss, clearer eyesight, increased sexual desire, and painless menstruation (both physically and emotionally).  The greatest part is that it doesn’t take months or years to feel the benefits – it happens quickly!  Your body is dying to feel better. 

Begin today by eliminating processed foods (anything in a box, bag or can), dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese), eggs, meat products (all animals), alcohol, bread, salt and refined sugar.  Eliminating everything at once may not be that easy so take it in steps if needed. 

  • Starting today, tell yourself that fast food is out, no more drive-thru.  Next week cut out sodas. The next week eliminate another item, etc. 
  • If you are on the road, eat your lunch from the produce department in the grocery store.
  • Eat a green salad loaded with chopped fresh vegetables at least once a day. 
  • Take fresh fruit and raw nuts along with you wherever you go for a quick snack, this will take away the cravings that lead to poor choices.
  • Choose fresh vegetable juices rather than canned or bottled drinks or juices. There are juice bars all over. 
  • Prepare green smoothies daily.  They are tasty, simple and you will get a lot of greens in one shot.
  • Exercise.  Walk, jog, yoga, play volleyball, soccer, badminton, anything! Just move.

You will begin to see the benefits of eating properly in about 3 days. After approximately 10 days you will begin to feel peaceful and level.  After 3 weeks you will feel better than ever.  Eating this way makes life FUN!

Green Smoothie
1 large handful Spinach
1/2 handful Parsley
1 cored Apple (chopped)
1 very ripe Banana
3/4 cups Water
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
