What are "Training Camps"? When many hear of “Training Camps”, they probably think of Boot Camps or a special camp for sport teams. However, the camps I will speak about are entirely different because these camps are for women of all types, ages and fitness levels who want to seriously transform their bodies for a lifetime. Many women desire to have their own personal trainer, but they simply cannot afford one. I came to appreciate this fact after teaching weight training classes for years. These classes were always crowded and I would spend many extra hours after class assisting women with their fitness goals. I started tracking their results by taking their fat percentages and measuring them for inch loss. As a certified Master Level Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Specialist, I decided it was time to design a” Group Personal Training Camp” that would open the opportunity for many women to have a personal trainer at the fraction of the cost. Now over 7 years later, I have had the privilege of training over a thousand women. Helping my clients to achieve their personal fitness goals is extremely important to me. I don’t want them to waste their time or money. In order to do this, I have gone the extra mile, through extensive education, advance training and certifications. Now as a certified Advanced Wellness Consultant and a Licensed Sports Nutritionist I have been able to add an element to the Training Camps that delivers outstanding results for those attending. We do special health screenings that isolate hidden causes for weight gain. Those who have tried many diets and exercise programs without results are thrilled how quickly they change. What is more rewarding to me is to see my clients get healthier doing it! Body Compositions are taken three times during camp and emphasis is on losing fat weight and holding on to lean mass. The camps are fun and very motivating. Everyone feels accountability and stays with the program. My fitness training programs are progressive and change according to my client’s goals. Women learn how to lift weights correctly and safely. They also learn how to use cardiovascular exercise to achieve their goals. Many are either over training or under training. The camps run 7 weeks, 3 days a week and there are 3-4 times available.
