What does detoxification consist of?  The program is very simple but specific.  Preparation is very important.  You will prepare your body for deep cleansing two days before detoxifying by eliminating toxic foods from your diet.  You will then prepare a delicious mixture of fresh lemon juice, pure maple syrup and distilled drinking water.
